The Annual General Meeting of tick Trading Software Aktiengesellschaft will take place on Friday, 4 April 2025, starting at 11:00 a.m. (CEST) in the "Ernst-Schneider-Saal", Ernst-Schneider-Platz 1, 40212 Düsseldorf.

Confirmation of the counting of votes in accordance with Section 129 para. 5 sentence 1 AktG:
In accordance with Section 129 (5) sentence 1 AktG, the person voting may request confirmation from the company within one month of the date of the Annual General Meeting as to whether and how their vote was counted. Such a request can be sent by email to tick-ts@linkmarketservices.eu.
